Review content:
Don't know what the other review is talking about. Despite the mild winter, we did have one cold night, in February and of course, that's the night my furnace decides to act up.
Called Osterman answering service, had to wait a while but once I got through they sent out a serviceman. In the middle of the night and in a few hours, had the heat back on.
Don't know about running out of gas, they put me on automatic delivery and have never had an issue.
