My whole family goes to this dental group and my husband and I have never been impressed with the front desk people. Over-charging two year in a row, not returning our calls, sending us wrong past-due statements over and over, double-booking, not response to our complaint letter and not friendly at all........I just came in to see Dr. Reza this afternoon. He was nice and friendly as usual. I feel bad for him having the bad front desk staff ;-( I got two estimates to replace my old filling - one estimate for patient was $99 and the other one was $930 If my silver filling did not pop out, I would not have to see them again.....(sign)
