Friendly Dr and staff 11/16/2010

I have been going to Dr. Khazaie for almost two years now and every visit has been enjoyable--and I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist. The technology that his office uses is head and shoulders above other offices that I have visited. His staff also is very good at explaining what needs to be done--they are never pushy or make you feel like you are being sold. more

Amazing Customer Service! 7/8/2010

This was the friendliest dental office I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I am very apprehensive about going to the dentist, but the front office staff here were so welcoming and friendly I couldn't help but feel comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. I was seated promptly and had the pleasure of meeting one of the most professional doctors ever. He was very thorough and explained the work I needed done in detail. I had to make three additional visits to the office for the work to be completed and every visit was just as pleasant as the first. This office knows how to treat their patients! If your at all nervous about going to the dentist you should definitely go here. Pros: Warm, Welcoming and Patient more

unprofessional front desk workers 4/12/2010

My whole family goes to this dental group and my husband and I have never been impressed with the front desk people. Over-charging two year in a row, not returning our calls, sending us wrong past-due statements over and over, double-booking, not response to our complaint letter and not friendly at all........I just came in to see Dr. Reza this afternoon. He was nice and friendly as usual. I feel bad for him having the bad front desk staff ;-( I got two estimates to replace my old filling - one estimate for patient was $99 and the other one was $930 If my silver filling did not pop out, I would not have to see them again.....(sign) more
