When my vehicle would not start for me, a co-worker recommended that I have Crossroads Expert Auto Service take a look at it for me. I was getting sick of dealing with shady garages that I felt like were trying to take advantage of me. Let me tell you, I NEVER felt like that was happening here!!! They had diagnosed the problem with my car, and explained to me the best way to fix it. After I gave them the approval to take care of it, they had it fixed and ready for the road well before I thought it would be done! The gentleman that I spoke with at the counter was very knowledgeable and professional. He really helped comfort me through this stressful situation. When they handed me my bill it was very very reasonable. Heck, for the great service and quality work that they did for me, I actually thought it was a little low! After I got my car back, I have not had one single problem with it!!! After that one repair, they instantly turned me into a customer for life! I take all of my family members vehicles there for all services from oil changes to major repairs. I would and do suggest them to all of my friends and co-wokers, and would suggest that you take your vehicle there for any service work that you need done!
