The people who physically collect the trash work hard and do an o.k. job except for tossing the can in the ditch sometimes rather than setting it upright on the driveway. The worst thing is their billing department. Payments have been "lost" three times in the past couple years and it's always a hassle providing them the proof they need that the bill WAS paid. They then restore service, only to have it stopped after a week or two because some computer did not recognize that service was restored and the bill was paid so the proof of payment has to start all over again. Big companies REALLY have trouble in this area and this company is no exeption. The local office can't keep things straight with whatever the corporate computers and billing people are doing and of course the loser is the homeowner. Pros: physical collection workers Cons: office communication
