WE JUST MOVED HERE, PAYMENT CLEARED MY ACCOUNT AT THE END OF JUNE, IT IS JULY 18,STILL NO BIN, I CALL I DO GET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, TELL ME THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERIED A CETAIN DAY AND THAT DAY COMES AND GOES. I AM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MYSELF, THEY ARE NOT REALLY TOO RUDE BUT MAKES PROMISES THEY DONT KEEP. NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE STAYING IN BUSINESS LIKE THIS. IF I DONT GET SATISFACTION SOON, I WILL DEMAND MY MONEY BACK, SHOULD HAVE CHECK THEIR RATINGS BEFORE I ORDERED THIS BIN. MY NEXT STEP IS TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BREAU AND SEE IF THEY CAN TALK TO CITY HALL ABOUT FINEING THEM OR CLOSING THEM DOWN.
