My friend and I went in for a simple lip enhancement procedure and after consulting with Dr. Anderson we were assured of how fabulous our lips will look and how easy the procedure is. The procedure in itself was very painful (I hear from everybody else that it isn't, but we were both in extreme pain for the entire day) but that is not the problem. Both our lips came out very bumpy and UNEVEN!! After about 2 weeks we went back to the office and asked for an explanation. Dr. Anderson wasn't there and we talked to two of his staff (I think the older lady was the manager ) and she was very rude telling me that her lips are uneven, so why do I need my lips to be even??? They also offered to re-do the procedures but none of us wanted to do that. When I told her I don't trust them enough to let them re-do it, she said ""So, what are you going to do, just stay like this?"" We never got our money back and we never even got an apology!! Please, stay away from this office!
