Quality: Excellent\r I waited a long time to have my procedures done and was ecstatic with the results! I feel as though I have gotten a part of my life back and look 15 years younger! I would recommend Dr. Sobel and his staff to anyone who wants to improve their appearance and enjoy life once again. The results are so natural, due to Dr. Sobel's expertise, that no one has asked me if I had any kind of surgery done to my face. I wish we could rate in negative stars....... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DR!!!!!!!!!! such a waste of money!!! Spent $8,000 on lipo I looked BETTER before. I have nothing but lumps and bumps all over my thighs and stomach and HUGE indents. Size wise I did not go down a bit and its been 2 full years AND I have lost weight. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Once you pay its all downhill from there. I am so sad I did not look into this more before deciding to go with this dr. I am reporting to BBB as they refused to help me when I went back to fix the problem. Even their own office MANAGER who looks like she also needs to retire with Dr anderson, said she considered lipo but she said lipo always leaves you lumpy and bumpy and she preferred her smooth stomach instead. UM why are you doing surgery if you cant do it RIGHT???? oh and THEN he had the nerve to tell me the reason my lipo showed no results was because I had gained weight since my procedure HAHA check your chart again OLD MAN ... I was down 5 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!! he was like oh welll umm you still need to work out no lipO is effective without a healthy diet and exercise. NO lipo is supposed to give SOME instant results.... diet and exercise helps MAINTAIN and achieve MORE results.... DUMMY more

Good cosmetic surgery should not be about the doctor's greed and ignoring patient complaints. My mother had surgery there and she wasn't happy at all and my father was upset because they wouldn't give her an ice pack to take home. The nurses give the patients reused bags of frozen peas to put on their face and then when you leave to go home no ice pack you have to go buy something at the store on the way home. If a doctor won't give you a free ice pack then that kind of greed could indicate other compromises in your medical treatment. Stay Away! more

My friend and I went in for a simple lip enhancement procedure and after consulting with Dr. Anderson we were assured of how fabulous our lips will look and how easy the procedure is. The procedure in itself was very painful (I hear from everybody else that it isn't, but we were both in extreme pain for the entire day) but that is not the problem. Both our lips came out very bumpy and UNEVEN!! After about 2 weeks we went back to the office and asked for an explanation. Dr. Anderson wasn't there and we talked to two of his staff (I think the older lady was the manager ) and she was very rude telling me that her lips are uneven, so why do I need my lips to be even??? They also offered to re-do the procedures but none of us wanted to do that. When I told her I don't trust them enough to let them re-do it, she said ""So, what are you going to do, just stay like this?"" We never got our money back and we never even got an apology!! Please, stay away from this office! more

""Dr."" Steven B. Anderson is a butcher. If you have any consideration about seeing him for ANY kind of procedure, PLEASE do your homework and search by his name and specialties, including hair transplant, Lipo Surgery and facial surgery. I wish I had had these critiques available before I saw him. As with me, you'll find a lot of dissatisfied and disfigured patients. This guy promises things he can't or won't keep. Of course we'd like to hear that all will turn out as we'd like. He'll promise you so. He'll show you photos of a limited number of satisfied clients (from a biased view) The results however, as proven by may others are less then satisfactory. Personally, I had both, hair transplants and eye surgery. The 4 transplant sessions were a disaster. In his attempt to pacify me, he added an eye procedure at a discounted rate to accompany his ""transplant corrective procedure"". Both ended up to be very poor work. During a follow-up, he rambled a string of excuses why he shouldn't be responsible. I eventually went to California to get my transplants corrected. My lower eyelid is still messed up though. I've visited other local eye specialists who have asked me why the Dr. that performed the shoty work didn't offer to correct it. Once I mentioned Dr. Steven B. Anderson by name, they all sighed and apologized for such a poor representation of the specialties. Others have written about Steven B. Anderson: 1) His only motivation is Money. He'll lie any which way to get a client to sign, then he Hides behind his lawyers and his ""No Guarantee"" contracts. 2) We all should be thankful that he is not practicing in ""Life or Death Surgery"" Please don't be dooped as I was. When I first worked up the courage to make an appointment with Anderson Cosmetic Surgery, I had reservations about any plastic surgery, and was very nervous. However, from the moment I made the call for an appointment, I was put at ease and encouraged to come in and learn more about what was involved with what I thought I needed. The staff was warm, encouraging and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Anderson was very good with answering all of my questions and explaning details - there was never any pressure from anyone at the clinic. Factual information was given so I could make an informed decision about what was best for me. The explanations medically were very informative as to how I would react to the corrective surgery as well as the recovery period. I felt very comfortable making the decision for the plastic surgery that met my needs. \r \r My results were better than I had anticipated. Continual follow-up monitoring was always provided by the doctor and staff to insure I was doing well.
