We are in the process of renovating our bathroom and simply saw this store why driving past and decided to stop. That was a big mistake. \r \r I can understand that the neighborhood isn't changing as quickly as they hoped, thus in order to gain entry (or exit) you have to be buzzed in and out but I don't understand the attitude. We asked for a price and inventory check on a particular item and the store employee Amy snottily asked, ""Well, who are you?"" RUDE! That was insulting and completely uncalled for. Apparently this store only sells to trade people or something - this fact was not posted anywhere on the stores windows. \r \r I fully intend on passing the word to anyone and everyone (including the manufacturers of the products I saw there) to avoid this place. As for Amy, she needs to be trained on how to treat people. What a sad, arrogant and ignorant person.
