I HAD A TAX PROBLEM THAT THESE PEOPLE CAUSED. \r

THEY NEVER FILED A N.C. TAX RETURN EVEN THOUGH I WAS A RESIDENT OF NC, BUT WORKED IN A DIFFERENT STATE. WHEN I TRIED TO JUST GET THEIR HELP OR ADVISE TO CLEAR THIS UP WITH WITH THE NC DEPT. OF REVENUE, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY'LL 'PULL MY FILE' AND WILL CALL BACK ASAP. I NEVER, EVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK - AND I CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF AND TOLD 'NOT TO WORRY'. \r

LONG STORY SHORT.....I ENDED UP PAYING BACK TAXES AND SOME INTEREST AND FINES. THANK YOU ZIP ZAP - THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ZIP ZAP....RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
