I use Zip-Zap every year and they are very helpful. They are open all year so if you do need help or have a problem, they will help you out. more

Do not expect any service after the fact from this place if you have an issue arise on your taxes that they caused. I had a very simuilar experience w/ these people as my mother........ \r \r Oddly, my mom had a situation where her accountant forgot to file a form from her bank showing the interest that was paid several years ago. The form for the interest was in the accountants 'file'. The IRS and NC Dept of Revenue had recently notified her of this and made her aware that there would be interest and penalties for this. \r \r She took this to her accountant, who promptly paid her interst and penalties to NC dept of revenue and the IRS. He apologized for the error. (Of course, she to pay the tax amount that was previously due)\r \r This is what Professional people, who have integrity, do when they make an mistake. \r \r This is NOT what you can expect from this place!!!! Prepare to be blown off more

You probablly shouldn't have your taxes done by someone who'll try to sell \r you a cell phone or a pager. more

Yeah, they're all smiles when they're taking your money. But if you have a question or a problem after the fact, you are dead to these people. \r \r Go to h+r block or use turbo tax. more

I highly recommend Zip Zap tax to everyone. I have always been treated great and have had fast accurate service from them. Everyone that works for Zip Zap is very nice. I HAD A TAX PROBLEM THAT THESE PEOPLE CAUSED. \r \r THEY NEVER FILED A N.C. TAX RETURN EVEN THOUGH I WAS A RESIDENT OF NC, BUT WORKED IN A DIFFERENT STATE. WHEN I TRIED TO JUST GET THEIR HELP OR ADVISE TO CLEAR THIS UP WITH WITH THE NC DEPT. OF REVENUE, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY'LL 'PULL MY FILE' AND WILL CALL BACK ASAP. I NEVER, EVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK - AND I CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF AND TOLD 'NOT TO WORRY'. \r \r LONG STORY SHORT.....I ENDED UP PAYING BACK TAXES AND SOME INTEREST AND FINES. THANK YOU ZIP ZAP - THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ZIP ZAP....RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! more
