My son goes to VIP II and he absolutely loves it and his teachers. He has learned so much in this last year its amazing!! The end of the year show was great!! The staff are absolutely great!! The Director on the other hand is something else. Why she keeps choosing to bring up her family and introducing them to the audience is beyond me!! She should be introducing her amazing staff to the audience not her family. I have seen the Director twice once in the xmas show and once again at the end of the year show. She really did sound nice and sincere but I can read behind her BS. Please take care of your staff and treat them with respect that they deserve if it wasn't for them you wouldnt be with 3 VIP's right now. Yes the director is all about the money but I can honestly say that the staff are there for our children and take very good care of them. But she should treat her workers better with respect and a raise and health insurance!! If she would do that she wouldnt have that huge turnaround with employees.
