Review content:
It is highly suggested that you check the Merchant Agreement that your company has with Visa and Mastercard. You are not allowed to ask for identification if a card is signed correctly and or a pin based number is used for authentication purposes. You have 2 employees that need to be educated on manners and policy regarding this issue. In good faith I could NOT recommend this business based on my bad experience. My impression that this was a small time operation is based on the unprofessional way the Blue Ash store managed.
