Only reason anyone should have a problem with checking your id is if the card does not belong to you. Check my card all day long - makes if safer from thieves!!! more

It is highly suggested that you check the Merchant Agreement that your company has with Visa and Mastercard. You are not allowed to ask for identification if a card is signed correctly and or a pin based number is used for authentication purposes. You have 2 employees that need to be educated on manners and policy regarding this issue. In good faith I could NOT recommend this business based on my bad experience. My impression that this was a small time operation is based on the unprofessional way the Blue Ash store managed. more

Appliance parts when yours is broken 11/14/2011

I have been doing business with them both on a professional level when I purchased parts for my employer and also for repair parts for our own personal home appliances, for about 10 years. Prices are competitive with anything else. Service is always the best and the counter guys and gals know exactly what you are looking for if you have your model number available. And 90% of the time, they have it in stock. Better than replacing the appliance. I was just there one hour ago and they had my part. more
