Review content:
We visited this Armando's a few weeks ago. This was our third time at this location to eat. We were told our wait would be fifteen minutes. We sat and waited. We started to notice other parties coming in and sitting in the bar. When the owner would see them (his friends), he would come over, kiss them and take them to a table. He was letting his friends be seated before the rest of the people waiting for a table. My father confronted him. The owner stated they had reservations. My father then went over to the hostess, and noticed our name was at the top of the list with numerous names crossed off below. The hostess stated the owner does this often. She apologized for what happened. As we were leaving as we no longer wanted to eat at the restaurant, the owner continued to argue with us.
Pros: Wonderful italian food
Cons: Terrible service (Owner's nose out of joint)
