I am very excited to recommend Dr. Robert Mecum & his office staff to patients needed. I just finished my successful colon surgery and feel so strongly to thank and recommend Dr. Mecum and his staff as I did have such a wonderful experience with them. \r

After I learned that I need a colon surgery, my family doctor was trying to refer me to their network doctors. I am so afraid to be a ""commodity"" to only benefit to the primary doctor. I decided to do some homework and search a good doctor for my surgery. After a thorough search and interviews, I was referred by my friend to Dr. Mecum. His office manager was very friendly and professionally to talk to. She understands that I am very busy, so she always prepares well when she talks to me. She not only worked and solved my insurance issues, but also quickly arranged the office visits, lab works and surgery appointment at the hospital. \r

At every steps (office visits, lab works, surgery preparation & at hospital …etc), his office manager even called several times to remind me and see if I have any problems about the procedures. Since this is very new to me, I called numerous times to talk to Dr. Mecum and his staff. They are very prompt answered my questions and eased my nervousness. Dr. Mecum is so patient with me and makes me fell like I were his only patient (of course, I do know he has many patients). His patiently explanations (to the level that I could understand), both before and after the surgery, professionalism, kindness and care make my life be much more healthy and joyful again! Thanks, Dr. Mecum and his staff!\r
