Excellent service, very timely and professional from the time I handed over all of my documents, through the pickup of my expedited (renewal) passport. With my trip to the France quickly approaching, I knew that I needed to avail myself of Russian Universal Services. The pickup and drop-off feature was especially helpful as I did not want to entrust my documents to the US Postal Service (no offense to any USPS employees who might be reading this) and add an extra layer of uncertainty into an already fraught process. Russian Universal Services completely removed the drama, even delivering what was promised one business day earlier than expected.
