Review content:
I went to Adrianna because I just moved away from my beloved salon, and saw that Adrianna was also an aveda concept salon. I was in need of a touch up on my highlights- with moving and all, it was about 8 weeks since I had them done. \r
\r
The colorist and hairdresser asserted that my hair was damaged and it would take them months to fully correct. They spent most of their time telling me what not to do to my hair, and then gave me 10 minutes of toner and a 10 minute haircut (I could have gotten better from supercuts), and yet I paid $130. Instead of bright blond highlights, I left with icky brown hair, and an appointment to go back a week later. \r
\r
The worst part was that they did not want to style my hair- or did not have time- either way, they tried to send me out the door with blown out straight hair in the front and still wet curly hair in the back. It was a disaster.\r
\r
I put my hair in a bun myself, and left crying, and made an appointment at Anthony DeFranco. Thankfully they gave me back my highlights and cleaned up my haircut for a more sophisticated look.
Pros: aveda products!
Cons: not satisfied with results
