I thoroughly enjoyed living here for 2 years. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always polite. The grounds were kept extremely clean. Maintenance requests were responded to within 24-48 hours. It was an ideal place until I moved out. Not only did they charge us an absurd amount of fees, but instead of sending me a notice about my balance, they sent me straight to collections. I called and disputed the charges which they changed, but never told collections and I was forced to either pay the amount or have a strike on my credit record. After several phone calls and emails, this issue continued to go unresolved. It was great living there, but certainly not worth the stress and repercussions I am not facing because the staff has proven to be lazy and incompetent.
