I want to give them Zero rating...but giving them 1* just for the sales rep that i interacted with. I went there to buy new car Nissan Sentra. Initially i got the rate as $19050/- I showed their ad where the sale price was $14090 and i asked for $13750. \r
Sales Manager (mr.Kim) came over and asked me whether you need a 20 yr old car or this one??? I was totally shocked to hear this as i have never encountered some one talking to his customer like this...I told him clearly that if price doesn't work out, just let me know as i'm not there to argue or for any debates. He came up with a offer of $16090/. I said i was not interested and came out thanking the sales rep since she was very polite...\r
