We admit we are NOT an easy property: Commercial and Residential together at the corner of Hollywood & Vine. There is nothing bashful about a Commercial tenant; and be assured that our Hollywood Homeowners are not timid, either. Michael has kept us well-serviced and kept the Board 'sane'. Quick to answer calls, Michael is great at keeping the lines of communication open between himself and me (the HOA President) and, when necessary, the rest of the Board. Further, he is a source of good advice.\r
