Businiess name:  Mudd's Restaurant

Review content:
I like the concept of this restaurant, but the execution...\r As the title suggests, 3 of 14 guests left unhappy.\r I complained to the owner because of the ""B"" service (generous) and because my steak and my sister's fish were charred. Those who ordered wine had a few refills before our water glasses received any attention.\r The owner in many more words called me a liar and blamed me for ordering my steak well done.\r I can go on and on, my vegetables were over seasoned, there was a long line for the rest room, while waiting, I observed some unsavory activity in the kitchen. The owner confirmed my observation that faces were touched immediately prior to handling plates of food, but suggested I was insensitive to the workers who have to work in a hot kitchen (Ventilation?). He also insisted that the rest of the party was thrilled; 79% satisfaction guaranteed! Pros: Ambience Cons: Everything Else
