Review content:
When you make your reservation request one of the tables by the pool. You can't get one of the ""ultra hip"" lounges with a small group but the best tables in the house are actually for 2-4 people. They are right on the edge of the pool overlooking the cityscape beyond. Extensive winelist and perfect service. I am a demanding client who makes requests ahead of time and they executed it all flawlessly. I discovered Asia through its NYC and SF incarnations and the LA version is my favorite some days. The entire menu is divine so I will not point you in any one direction, except to say the that butterfish is a must try. SkyBar is located in the \r Mondrian though I don't think dinner guarantees entrance. I tend to skip Skybar anyway, even when I lived around the block for the ""rougher"" venues on the strip.
