I hadn't planned to post, but saw that a 'customer' was avidly defending PC Guru, and the 'customer' happened to have the name PCGuru.\r

I used to take in drives for data recovery and it would take 1-2 weeks and everything went well. I quit taking them to PC Guru after data recovery jobs started taking 1-2 months. I had one drive that got ""lost"" while at PC Guru!\r

I send all my drives out now, as I haven't found a good one in Austin, and I can be guaranteed a turn-around time. I have never taken any computers in, so I can't comment on that.\r

Interested in seeing if the 'customer' PCGuru tells me how great of an experience they had there. :)
