I got to the appointment with my sick pet early to fill out the paperwork and to respectfully be on time. I waited 45 minutes and decided that if they are not competent enough to keep their appointments, I do not trust them with my beloved pet. It is stressful to take off work, get you sick pet into the pet carrier, show up, and to be treated this way. Please work on your customer service and scheduling.
