Food was took a long time butvqw didn't mind since it was a busy night. I had worked as a server when I was younger at a restaurant and understood about this. What I didn't understand was the very cool temperature of our food (mixed plate of lasagne, pasta, chicken breast, etc). After I asked the server about the lukewarm temperature, she said it was due to huge overhead fans over the cook and food. They are in place foe the cooks who sweat so much while preparing the food. This was not the visual I needed right before deciding if I should take on this not so hot dish. She offered to reserve it but we weren't about to wait another hour for our food to be re-prepared by the sweaty cooks. We sent it back and enjoyed the one dish that was served passably hot. We hoped the sauce did not have extra "" drippings
