I stumbeled into Milano's because I always saw that big red sign off of 83 and thought that with such a huge sign it must be worthy of a visit. So off from McAllen we went to try some real authentic Italian food that is difficult to find in the Valley.
It is a pretty big restaurant with the stereotypical Italian "decor". They have a nice menu and offer good specials. Their lasagna is pretty good, better than going to a chain like the Olive Garden. I was however disappointed that a business that grew largely for their frozen pizza's no longer sells frozen pizzas anymore. Next time I am trying their pizza!
