Value Car's is a family own scam! They sold a vehicle to me that had more problems that i can count. To start there was major problems with the engine and transmission and everything really the day I got the vehicle. After having it check by my own mechanic I was told that all the problems would all be fixed. I advised Value Cars that the amount of work needing to be fixed I could purchase a new car. They assured me that they would take care of it. Well, after having my truck or a week, Value Cars told me to come and pick it up. Instead of fixing the problems, they (Value Cars) tried to cover them all up.The hole that was in the ac line was covered with black tape not replace, something was put in the motor to quiet it and the transmission was not replaced, to top it all off the truck was broken in to on the lot and the interior of the truck was completely destroyed. I was told that they weren't responsible for it and wouldn't replace it. Two days later the ""code"" they give you to use stopped working and the transmission went completely out and the vehicle stopped on the expressway. The truck was sent to one of there prepare shops where the mechanic was told to just cover the damages up. I would NEVER IN MY LIFE recommend ""VALUE CARS"" to anyone. They also don't ever apply your payments correctly to your account. The staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! All of there cars are pieces of junk that they try to past them over on to hard working people that need reliable transportation. When they attach the ""by-pass"" device to the engine of the car they are actually killing your battery and messing up the timer on the vehicle. This was told my a real mechanic.They offer NO warranty and don't stand by what their sale persons tell the customers, just to get you to get rid of one more of their problems they call cars! I ADVICE YOU WHO IS READING THIS, DO NOT EVER GET A CAR FROM VALUE CARS! I had to contact a Lawyer!
