My husband and I went shopping for a car and at first they didn't act like they even wanted to sell me a car. Then, when we are in the middle of the deal the salesman ignores us for a walk-in. Who does that? You've got a car sold and you take someone else over them that you MIGHT sell a car to!! Then when asking about price they tell us no extra fees and no extra charges, the bottom line price is the botton line price after I REPEATEDLY ask about percentage rates and finance charges.. Well, contract printed and a $8,995.00 car suddenly becomes a $12,000.00 car with what THEY call a SIDE NOTE (which has to be paid seperately from the car note) of another $600.00 dollars for tags and taxes, after $1000.00 CASH down.
By the way if you FINANCE their is NO CREDIT for EARLY PAYOFF!!.
They also tell us you can take it home tonite and tonite becomes tomorrow and tomorrow becomes Monday, because they need to SERVICE it. Even after all that we're still willing to buy.
So, we wait and my husband finally gets the car and is getting new tires on it (@ their suggestion) and the car completely STOPS RUNNING!!!!! not an hour after he picks it up. And when we went to get our $1000.00 cash back they told us they didn't have it and wrote us check even though it was supposed to be kept in the safe at their location.
To sum up, don't go to value cars. There is NO VALUE in BAD CARS and DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!!
