Review content:
I called on Saturday and left a message for them to reach me on Monday morning as we have no air conditioning. By 9 a.m. I didn't receive a call so I called them and got their voice mail. Of course, their box is full so I can't leave another message. Here it is 12:36 and I called my home warranty people to cancel the service call and explained the reason for cancellation. I know of another A/C repair company that came out within one hour for repair. It seems that when my A/C was installed two years ago that they used aluminum wiring instead of copper wiring and that wrong wiring burnt my circuit breaker. So Douglas A/C did a temporary fix to get the A/C working, but we'll have Fox Electric come out tomorrow to put in Copper Wiring. Right now, it's 85 degrees in the house (down my 89 15 minutes ago). My dog is laying on the A/C vent and seems a lot happier. Pros: This year, no Pro's Cons: Customer Service
