Avoid at all costs!! Without a doubt, the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Like others here, I am a customer of American Home Shield and had a compressor failure on a 4 year old Trane system at my home. Myers was the choice of American Home Shield and came out to verify that the compressor was indeed blown. That was six (6) weeks ago and after (literally) hundreds of calls to both AHS and Myers, I still have no AC here in the middle of Summer. Myers has given me a thousand excuses, been rude and unprofessional, hung up on me, and never, one time, returned a call as they promised they would do. \r

I finally contacted the owner of the company, who is in Montgomery, and suddenly, the six additional weeks they were going to need (adding up to a 3 month outage) became only two days. I was called Friday and told that the new compressor would miraculously be here and installed on Monday between noon and 3:00. Imagine this, it is after 3:00 and no Myers!!!!! Looks like I have been lied to yet again by this horrible company. \r

I am never an advocate for a company being driven out of business, but in the interest of many future customers being abused by this company, I can only hope that Myers' shoddy practices finally catches up with them and causes their demise. It would save others from having to go through the hell I have gone through. \r
