I think there are ladies that are fussier than others about the way their hair looks when they walk out of a salon. I believe the end results are only as good as you communicate to your stylist before they start, and during the process to achieve the style/look you expect.
Alissa Hilton has been cutting and weaving my hair since 2004. I have no complaints about the way Alissa does my hair. In fact . . . since I've been going to Alissa every where I go I have ladies constantly stopping me telling me they LOVE my hair. 2010 the compliments are still coming my way. I think that says it all.
