Review content:
It all started when were given a gift certificate as gift in February of 2006 thinking that we could probably use it in a year. Little did we know, my wife became pregnant, gave birth to two beautiful twin girls in January of 2007, and losing one of them shortly after the birth of both. The wife and singleton remained in the hospital for over 3 months in result of the babies being a preemie. Once we realized that we wanted to share our anniversary at Rigsby's, we called them and asked if we could still honor the gift certificate even though the expiration date was Feb. 11, 2007 and it was coming up on March. when my wife called Rigsby's, they completely understood our situation and said they would honor our expired gift certificate. I will leave out the names of who we spoke to due to respect. \r \r Once you have children, you wonder where the time goes. it just slipps by! So its our first night out in a long time , and we wanted it to be special. We invited out two closest friends to join us tonight. We made last minute reservations on Friday, June 1, 2007 and I called on Saturday, next day, to verify. When I called to verify the reservations, i also wanted to ask about the Gift Certificate. It was for $100 which can easily be spent in there and planned on spending much more that night. I explained our situation that we have not had a chance to use our GC and that I spoke to something a few months back, they said it was OK to use.\r \r This person said I could talk to the owner when coming in for diner tonight. To make this story come to an end, much like our relationship with Rigsby's, we canceled and plan on dining elsewhere for now on. Next time, answer Yes, what's the Question? Pros: Good Food Cons: Bad Customer Service
