I booked a trip with Elaine Dimilia of Epic Travel & Cruises/AMEX in Hillsborough, NJ. I toured Europe with a large group of our family as a sort of mini family reunion. I was nervous upon entering the agency because I was overwhelmed with where to begin. I had never been to Europe and would certainly not consider myself a seasoned traveler, but I felt at ease with Elaine right from the very start. She helped me to plan every last detail of our activities. All I did was tell her where we wanted to visit and what we wanted to see most, and she organized everyone so that we were able to cover all we desired, with plenty of time still left over for relaxation. Not one person arrived home feeling like they missed out on something or had to give up seeing something for another person?s activity. This is amazing in itself as those of you traveling with large parties, I am sure, have experienced the disappointment and chaos involved when traveling with a small herd. This was one of the best travel experiences of my life and I look forward to booking more vacations with Epic for years to come.\r
