I recently worked with Andria Jones to plan some travel for my sales team this fall. This was the first time our company looked to an agency to plan our business travel. We had four sales representatives traveling to various domestic locations for business conferences needing hotel, airfare and rental car arrangements. I booked a trip with Elaine Dimilia of Epic Travel & Cruises/AMEX in Hillsborough, NJ. I toured Europe with a large group of our family as a sort of mini family reunion. I was nervous upon entering the agency because I was overwhelmed with where to begin. I had never been to Europe and would certainly not consider myself a seasoned traveler, but I felt at ease with Elaine right from the very start. She helped me to plan every last detail of our activities. All I did was tell her where we wanted to visit and what we wanted to see most, and she organized everyone so that we were able to cover all we desired, with plenty of time still left over for relaxation. Not one person arrived home feeling like they missed out on something or had to give up seeing something for another person?s activity.
