For the price you can't get anything better. Well, the one thing I wish it had was washer dryer connections. I know the area is bad for them since there's so many pine needles so it's nothing I stressed about. The staff is great. I lived here before the new management took over and this place has become much better since. Parking sucks now that I actually have neighbors though. Before the new management took over the women in the office were rude and lazy like they hated their job. The ones in there now actually give a crap and are always smiling. Maintenance issues have never been a problem. If anything major happens it's taken care of right away. I had my A/C go out and it was fixed the same day. I saw a roach in my apartment once and called management to be sprayed when pest control came out. I haven't seen one since.
