Brittany Place Apartments

For the price you can't get anything better. Well, the one thing I wish it had was washer dryer connections. I know the area is bad for them since there's so many pine needles so it's nothing I stressed about. The staff is great. I lived here before the new management took over and this place has become much better since. Parking sucks now that I actually have neighbors though. Before the new management took over the women in the office were rude and lazy like they hated their job. The ones in there now actually give a crap and are always smiling. Maintenance issues have never been a problem. If anything major happens it's taken care of right away. I had my A/C go out and it was fixed the same day. I saw a roach in my apartment once and called management to be sprayed when pest control came out. I haven't seen one since. more

i live at the brittany place apartments at 1st it was fine we would see a ro*ch once or twice awhile but now it is getting redicuous we see at least 1 a day and im not talking little ones im talking about big american ro*ches that get as big as 1-2 inches long. its not just my apartment but in the gym they are in the little fictures 5 dead around the floor its gross. so think twice before moving here because you dont want to get stuck with a year lease and ro*ches!!! Pros: it looks nice Cons: BUGS,BUGS,and i had to clean the mold on the bathroom tiles more
