I scheduled 4 appointments for my myself, my mother, and my friends online through the manager Denise. She confirmed our appointments (I have documentation). I live out-of-town and had planned my entire vacation around this spa day. We showed up at the spa and somehow our appointments did not make it onto the books, and they were unable to accomodate us for any services. We attempted to find another spa in the area, but everything was filled. I had proof that our appointments were confirmed, and Duncan Noble still did not offer us any compensation for the time/money we had wasted in the attempt to go there. I have heard amazing things about this spa, and I am sure it is as fabulous as everyone says, but their business practices towards clients is awful. It was their mistake and in the end, it was us that got screwed. Would not recommend to anyone.
