Duncan Noble Rejuvenating Spa

I scheduled 4 appointments for my myself, my mother, and my friends online through the manager Denise. She confirmed our appointments (I have documentation). I live out-of-town and had planned my entire vacation around this spa day. We showed up at the spa and somehow our appointments did not make it onto the books, and they were unable to accomodate us for any services. We attempted to find another spa in the area, but everything was filled. I had proof that our appointments were confirmed, and Duncan Noble still did not offer us any compensation for the time/money we had wasted in the attempt to go there. I have heard amazing things about this spa, and I am sure it is as fabulous as everyone says, but their business practices towards clients is awful. I was visiting Las Cruces and was fortunate enough to have been guided to Duncan-Noble. From first entering the door into the reception area I was in awe. I have traveled and been to many spa/salons, few hold a candle to what is here, they do it all. Manicure, pedicure, facials, massage, and a full service salon. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly well trained and efficient in all the aspects of their work. I visit Las Cruces 3 to 4 times a year, and I will make an appointment at D-N every time I get in town. Pros: This is the best of the best! more
