My wife ordered a dress, paid 100% down and two weeks later was told the dress was ruined in transit. She went in to try to find something off the rack, received no help from the owner and asked for her money back. The owner told her there were no refunds, even for a product we never received, only store credit. When I went in to talk to the owner she basically said ""Too bad"" and walked away. Our next call will be to the Maine Attorney General's office. STAY AWAY from this store.
