Ok folks...I wrote a previous review about my horrible experience at Patricia Bucks (kb630). The nightmare has now ended, but not without a HORRIBLE ENDING. I thought I would give an update. The bridesmaids' dresses finally arrived the first of May. A few weeks ago, my bridesmaid who lives in Virginia called and requested that her dress be shipped. She was assured that her dress would be shipped the following day and that they would call with the tracking number. They never called and the dress never arrived. After several phone calls to the bridal shop and no dress - my bridesmaid finally called me. Since I didn't think it could get any worse - I emailed Patricia and told her I would be calling her on Tuesday at 11am and I would call every few hours after that until I receive a tracking number for the bridesmaid dress. Tuesday finally arrived and at 11am I called - only to hear that ""this number is no longer accepting phone calls."" AMAZING! I was so irrate, I left work and my father and I drove over an hour to the bridal shop. Upon arrival I am told that the bridesmaid dress was ""accidentally"" thrown out with the trash. They continued to provide excuse after excuse as my bloodpressure continued to rise. Finally, they answered my question and told me that the dress would arrive June 20th and would be overnighted to my bridesmaid - delivering the information as if it were not a big deal. Well, my wedding is on JUNE 30th!!! I flipped out - so my father had to take over. They finally gave us a refund for the dress - but it wasn't easy. My father basically refused to leave until he WITNESSED the refund in action. They continued to tell us we were making a BIG mistake because no bridal shop would be able to get us the dress in time. Patricia was WRONG again - a bridal shop in CT was kind enough to go out of it's way and call the designer. After speaking to several supervisors - my bridesmaid's dress will now arrive on June 8th. STAY AWAY!! They are AWFUL and RUDE!!!!
