We had a terrible experience at Toomies. I have been to many Thai restaurants, and found the food at Toomies to be just OK. The service was in a word, terrible (with the exception of the bus staff). We waited 20 minutes from seating to get our drinks, and another 30 after ordering just to get our soup. That's 50 minutes from seating to get soup. Meanwhile, people who were seated after us were out the door with their doggie bags. After finishing our soup, it was another 20 minutes to get our entrees which were mediocre at best. Orders were forgotten, and there were no apologies for the poor service. For those doing the math, that's 70 minutes of waiting for ordered items. In that time, I could have done something more pleasurable ... like having a tooth drilled.
