we love going to tillies for homemade spaghetti with meat sauce and the chicken parm. we seem to order the same thing everytime because it is sooooo fantastic! Endless bread basket served to you right away (no, it is not warm). Gets pretty busy because the food is inexpensive and wonderful. their chicken parm has mushrooms on top of the chicken. tastes much better than olive garden. restaurant is on the darker side so i guess that would be romantic.
Pros: good homemade food and sauce
Cons: gets pretty busy and there isnt a waiting room.
