Review content:
I never heard of this place until I started dating my wife back in 1979. Her parents were Italian and insisted I go with them to Tillie's. It was one of the best Italian meals I ever had and we went religiously until just after they upgraded the interior. They went from low tech to a high end atmosphere. They even added a bar. Well, the food changed, dramatically. Yea, they still have the 3 inch raviolis, but the food just isn't the same. We stopped going because the food was not up to what me and my in-laws remembered. Last week, my wife and kids stopped to see if things had changed. No, sorry, same disappointing food. I guess when it changed hands (I heard it was the son's upgrades), the cookbook stayed the same, but the flavor was lost.
Pros: Updated
Cons: Poor parking, food not as good as it once was
