Review content:
I decided to visit Trinity Carpet Brokers because of their rating. However, from the start it felt like I was at a car dealership. First, they charge a fee for someone to come out and measure. When we requested a date for a measurement we were told it was not available. Earlier in the week they said they could do it on that date but we had to visit the store before a measurement could be done. We were going to leave but the salesman says he will talk to his manager. The salesman goes over to the manager (Any feel like they are in a car dealership yet?) to talk. When we decide to leave, they say they can waive the measurement fees and have the measurement done on the day we requested. JUST BE HONEST FROM THE BEGINNING. BEWARE Trinity Car, err, Carpet Brokers.
