Review content:
Trinity is a great place if money is no object. We encountered very friendly staff, who made some nice design suggestions for flooring throughout our home. However, after looking around, their costs were grossly over priced. For example, to install hard surfaces like Marble or Travertine, they want in excess twenty to twenty-two dollars per square foot which does not include product cost, trim or surface filling/treatment. This is triple of 3 other flooring stores quotes for the same products. Their hardwood floor choices are very nice, but again, their installation charges are double or greater of their competitors. I realize this place is marking up labor costs merely because they are a store front operation and take a cut at every possible opportunity. I can't speak to the quality of the work their sub contractors supply, but I would hope to be comparable with the Street of Dreams at those prices. Thanks, but there are many other flooring outfits that aren't trying to be something they are not in PDX. We are glad we shopped around because we left Trinity feeling shocked.
Pros: Nice flooring options to see what is the latest trend, friendly staff
Cons: Extremely over priced, inflated sense of themselves.
