Businiess name:  Trinity Carpet

Review content:
Trinity Carpet installed new bamboo flooring in our new home one week before closing. They left gaps between planks, left off transition pieces, and even put cracked transition pieces in one place. Then the bamboo flooring turned out to be a cheap, thin alternative that dents when a spoon drops. A few weeks later one of their techs came back and offered to fix the shoddy job done by their subcontractors, even though, he didn't have to. (was ordered by previous owners) We were happy to see Trinity Carpet would care enough to fix a really bad job. Unfortunately over the following year, many infrequent follow-ups, and *four* of their own mistaken orders for a transition piece (an important one--entry into the living room!), they had the gall to suddenly demand that we pay for all their mistakes and sent us the bill. Forget it. Shoddy workmanship, extremely long time-to-repair, poor products, and bullying the customer when they're tired of fixing their chain of mistakes. Buyer beware! Pros: Perhaps inexpensive Cons: Very poor customer service, quality of work, and even product quality
