Review content:
The showroom is a disorganized shambles, the sales staff don't know their product and they charge for estimates. I told them I was on a schedule and needed to get the flooring done over the next 8 weeks. It is a two day job. They said no problem, then proceeded to waste my time promising the estimate 'the next day', for about two weeks. Then they started to give me static about getting it done within my schedule. The estimate I finally received was cryptic at best. Wrong material, wrong square feet measurements etc. I finally took a breath and realized it shouldn't be this hard. Is it incompetence or guile? Does it matter? I've found another shop to and they are wonderful to work with. Free estimates too. I''ve had to change my schedule, but I feel like I dodged a bullet. \r \r There are great flooring shops in Portland, this one isn't one of them.\r Pros: None. Cons: I'm not sure what business they think they are in.
