I was just checking this place after a coworker complained. Scary reviews! I met her after the fact of her flooring getting done. So I will tell YOU who to use - too late for her.... Go do a search- in this website under - Extract Away in Portland. They are in Hillsboro (503-640-6311) but travel all over, of course! They helped me buy carpet at a contractor store (saved $$) they didn't play games, found the best carpet for the little $ I had to spend. Saved enough to almost cover the whole install. (3 rooms) They have cleaned it since then too. They are GREAT!! No complaints from me. I never used Trinity so maybe I would do ok but not gonna try anytime soon after what I have read.
