I would tell them that I trust them and they seem to be honest and if you are not satisfied they will try to work with you to make things right make corrections if needed. I have nothing to complain about as far as their workmanship, I would have to disagree with the shuttle convenience, because it's not convenient when they use my car to take me to my work and then I have to drive them back after they come and get me when my car is done, and sometimes I've had to find someone at my work to take me there because they have no one to come and get me, so that is my one complaint or pet peeve, not mad just speaking my peace thats all. Otherwise I'm happy with their work.
